Trends and key issues in the Brazilian real estate sector will be debated April 14 at an event promoted by the Estado de S. Paulo (“Estadão”) newspaper.

The Brazil Real Estate Summit 2015, promoted by the Estadão newspaper in partnership with Secovi, a real estate trade association, and supported by the National Association of Construction Material Traders (Anamaco), will bring together leading opinion makers to debate an exclusive agenda.

Fábio Maceira, CEO of JLL Brazil, will participate in the event, which is Latin America’s largest meeting of leaders in the sector. Maceira will take part in a discussion about corporate floors.

Up to 500 people will participate in the Brazil Real Estate Summit, an event that is structured to create an atmosphere that blends debate and business. The agenda is scheduled to include plenary sessions on the Brazilian real estate market, trends in urbanization, and real estate funds. There will also be panels on urban subdivisions, corporate floors, residential developments, shopping centers, hotels and logistics warehouses.

One of the highlights will be the participation of Soleiman Dias, a director of Chadwick International. He will speak about Songdo, the “city of the future” that is being built in South Korea incorporating the most modern technologies and urban planning.

The Real Estate Summit 2015 will be held April 14 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, from 08.00 to 18.00.
