The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recognized JLL for its initiatives in protecting the environment through energy efficiency achievements in its operations and among clientes.

The 2016 Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Awards are given to a variety of organizations to recognize their contributions to reducing harmful carbon pollution through superior energy efficiency efforts. These awards recognize ongoing leadership across the ENERGY STAR program, including energy-efficient products, services, new homes and buildings in the commercial, industrial and public sectors.
In 2015, JLL helped clients reduce 278,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide and 477 million kWh of energy, resulting in $47 million in energy costs savings and the equivalent of removing roughly 69,245 cars annually from the road.
